Here’s what you need to know about me.

I’m a dream chaser at heart, expert action-taker and nerd when it comes to all things personal growth. I'm obsessed with seeing people live out their best life. Beyond that, I’m a corporate escapee who lost her soul climbing the corporate ladder. On paper, I had everything that spelled out "the good life”. But on the inside? I was in a funk, mindlessly playing by the world’s rules, hustling for things that didn’t bring me happiness and losing myself in the process. I knew I needed a change, which meant I had to change myself. I had to shake my old ways of thinking and master my mind to find, own and live out my own version of success. Today, I teach others the skills and strategies to do the same.
